Exit strategies play a massive role in Real Estate Investing. There is a risk to all investing, however, the key is to acknowledge the risk and limit as much as possible.
Ensure you have multiple Exit Strategies when entering into any type of investment. Rent to Own investing has as many as 6 different Exit Strategies; ultimately making it one of the most diverse and effective real estate investing strategies in Canada.
Rule 2.
Build your own Power Team or find someone who already has one!
If you are looking to invest in Real Estate, or become an Active Business Owner and run your own business; be sure to spend time building your Power Team!
We see many investors jumping on deals across Canada without the proper team in place! It doesn’t matter how good the deal is, if you don’t have the property Power Team to execute the deal, it may fall apart.

Feed Your Focus!
Many investors chase excitement with their investing. From our experience, it is the investors who have a LASER focus are the ones that come out ahead. This is why we continue to improve our Rent to Own programs; we do the same investment over and over again! (with minor changes & improvements as necessary).
It is extremely difficult to be the expert in ALL Real Estate investments; there are simply too many. However, if you have laser focus you can build a sustainable business & improve your systems/processes.
