An alternative path to home ownership is being offered to Sudburians who find it hard to secure a mortgage on their own.
“We’ve been doing rent-to-own since 2015 in Barrie, Midland and Orillia, and just worked on putting a team together in Sudbury,” said Tom Mullen, who operates Sprout Properties along with his wife Brandy.
