WOW, what an awesome January Mastermind Event – Kicking off the New Year the right way!
It was great to be joined by leading RTO providers across Canada sharing their thoughts and insights. A common trend has been the dramatic increase we have seen in RTO Applications in practically ALL our markets! Everyone seems to be more interested in Rent to Own – It is The Hot New Thing! The Canadian Economy has created the “Perfect Storm” for Rent to Own. Together we will take advantage of this opportunity and grow the Rent to Own Industry together.
The Mastermind included several new CAROP Members who joined our community. We were joined by expert REALTOR Blair Grignon from Sudbury, Ontario who shared insights of how he has been able to help more clients buy homes and grow his Real Estate business while working with a local Rent to Own Company! Just one of many success stories that were shared.
